is defined as "the act of hearing, or the ability to hear sounds not normally
audible", claimed as a special faculty in connection with Spiritual Mediumship.
If you possess Clairaudient powers, the Crystal will help to bring them
to your consciousness. The same experiments as suggested for Crystal gazing
may be carried out, except, of course, instead of visions or pictures in
the Crystal, the Psychic Phenomena will become apparent in sound, as though
the words were actually spoken.

In
Clairaudience the thought vibrations manifest themselves on the auditory
system instead of sight. As in the case of Crystal gazing, if unable to
see anything in the Crystal, your mind lacks the particular development
that makes possible this sense of sight, so in Clairaudience, if you do
not hear, it shows your sense of hearing is not affected by your thought.
In each instance, it is the application of the mind and its powers to your
thoughts whereby results are attained.
